MÓR™ Enterprise Excellence: moving your business forward in a holistic manner

The members of the Advanced Manufacturing Working Group have worked over the past year to redevise the MÓR^TM Benchmark model to advance leadership thinking and organisations capability in the ongoing pursuit of Enterprise Excellence. Funded by Irish Medtech Skillnet, this approach steers all organisations regardless of maturity and supplements existing in-house frameworks. This is a paradigm shift in mindset for many organisations in terms of their purpose -approach, value-based decision making, shared vision and aligned strategy – for customers, employees, environment and society as a whole,  all underpinned by a new cloud-based MÓRTM framework.
