Anne is the Manager of Enterprise Ireland’s Engineering division and is responsible for supporting the development of its portfolio of indigenous engineering companies across the country.  A key focus of her role is the delivery of a globalised export footprint for the engineering sector.  Critical to this, is the provision of continued EI support to develop and enhance engineering sector capability.  Anne’s team supports development of client company capability by providing customised support to clients in the areas of Competitiveness; Innovation; Finance; Exports; and Management and Team Development.

In previous roles, Anne had extensive experience in working in Enterprise Ireland’s technology division with software and mobile telecoms companies in supporting their internationalisation.  She was involved in the establishment of Enterprise Ireland’s Scaling division which researched the drivers for scale in SMEs and supported companies in this area.  She was based in New York for Enterprise Ireland as VP of its North American, Industrial Products and Software Division which was responsible for supporting the development of the North American footprint for clients in these sectors.  In addition to these roles, Anne has a background in Change Management. Anne holds a B.ED degree from NUI and an MBS from University College Cork.
