Caroline is a commercially focused and qualified Financial Accountant (BBS ACCA) with over 15 years of expertise spanning across industry and accountancy practice. She joined CLS in 2012 and currently leads the finance team in overseeing all the company’s financial management and reporting in addition to leading the operations excellence throughout the organisation. Caroline provides strategic leadership and financial forecasting as well as approving all investments while liaising closely with the CEO and Board of Directors. Caroline sits on the steering committee for The Irish Medtec Skillnet.
