Damien is the Head of Engineering and Innovation for Delmec with over 7 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. Damien’s role requires a specialist application in portfolio / infrastructure management, structural engineering expertise, tenancy occupancy management and build to suit programs. Progressing from a structural engineering role, Damien has extensively focused on innovative approaches to advise clients on their portfolios and how to reduce capex and increase revenue. One element they have continuously promoted is the gathering of data, by adopting certain procedures, this data can be used to radically change clients outlook on spend. Recently completing an MBA, in addition to a Bachelor of Engineering in 2014, Damien’s main focus of work requires a high level of innovation for new and existing clients across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
