Located in the National Technology Park, Limerick, the AMC is designed to be a national showcase, an international exemplar and a centre of excellence for collaborative working on the transformation of manufacturing. The Centre will bring together Multinationals, SMEs, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Contract Manufacturers in Ireland and across the globe to create value from the deployment of digital technologies and the digitisation of their manufacturing operations through collaborative research and solving defined industry problems.

Prior to joining the AMC in December 2021, Domhnall led the Digital Industries business in Ireland at Siemens, a leading global supplier of manufacturing automation equipment, software and services.

Domhnall joined Siemens in 2003, having previously held roles in engineering, sales and marketing in the engineering industry.
