Donal is the CEO of Takumi Precision Engineering, a leading subcontract manufacturer employing over 100 people in Limerick. Takumi’s main area of focus in the CNC machining of medical device implants and instruments, aerospace structural components and first-class seating.

Donal has been with Takumi since 2000, beginning his journey with the company as a CNC machine operator progressing through several roles including Quality Manager, Operations Manager and now CEO.
A part of Takumi’s success is its vision for a digital manufacturing environment. Takumi has developed its own inhouse solution to minimise the time spent on order management so Takumi can maximise their focus on meeting their customers very high standard of technical requirements.
