Over the last 22 years, Grace has held multiple roles across the Pharmaceutical Industry, working for Eli Lilly and Elanco. Graduating as a Chemical Engineer, Grace started her Career at the Eli Lilly, Kinsale Manufacturing facility. During her time at Kinsale, she supported engineer and operations. In 2010, she moved to the US, working across a number of technologies and supporting manufacturing strategy development. Grace and her family returned to Ireland in 2013, taking up an operations role in the Elanco Sligo facility. Following the closure of the Elanco facility in 2016, she returned to the US, taking up site leadership role in Maine. Since her return to Ireland, Grace has supported External Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Manufacturing Strategy. In March 2020, she moved to the VP Global Supply Chain role. Grace leads a global team responsible for demand and supply planning, global logistics, supply chain systems and processes through the value chain.
