Sean McNulty founded Insight Innovate in 2021. Insight Innovate partners with ambitious business leaders to accelerate their growth through innovation by bringing best practice processes alongside expert support. We bring a hybrid learning approach focused on how to successfully identify insights and manage Innovation.  Our approach leverages digital platforms with expert training, customised to our client company’s objectives.

In 1991, Sean founded Dolmen, an internationally award-winning design and innovation consultancy.

Sean is Chairperson of the NSAI Innovation Committee and on the international working group for the development of ISO 56000 and 56002. He is currently leading the national team in the development of ISO 56001, a certifiable Innovation Management System standard.

Sean has BSc in Industrial Design, Adj Professor in Innovation (DCU Business School) and NSAI /SiS Certified Innovation Management Professional.
